No Bake Gingerbread Tiramsu

5 Ingredient and No bake… what could be better! It’s no secret that I am obsessed with anything coffee related SO a tiramisu Gu style pot was the perfect little treat. I tried this recipe a few weeks back and really got a kick out of it.

But with the holiday season just around the corner I thought well I need to add a little Gingerbread man

Ingredients

15g Oats (Gluten Free if Required

10g Protein works zero Syrup (Honey or fruit syrup will do)

100G Greek Yoghurt (Vegan AlproGo)

2g Crumpets & Coffee Gingerbread Coffee (Alternative coffee granules with Ginger Spice)

2g Cocoa Powder

Additional extra ( but highly recommend)

Protein Tiramsu

Method

  1. In a small bowl combine the oats and syrup and press into a small ramekin dish
  2. Take 50g of Greek yoghurt  and layer on top of oats
  3. Take the remaining 50g mix with coffee granules until smooth and add onto the first layer – pop in the fridge to set a little
  4. Top with Gingerbread man and a dust of cocoa powder
