Gingerbread Mini Men

Is anyone else missing the build-up to Christmas? All the baking, excitement and treats! Forget all the fads, forget the restriction…you don’t need to give up Carbs or anything like that.

There is always a way to enjoy foods you actually enjoy…or healthify recipes…I love Gingerbread… the smell, the warming spices….how does a FOUR ingredient protein version sounds!

Yeah…only 4 Ingredient…no fancy ingredients and a tasty, chewy biscuit (These are a chewy biscuit due to the coconut oil)

Ingredients

30g GoNutrition Gingerbread Whey

40g Oats

15ml Vita Coco Coconut Oil

30ml Two Chick Egg White

Healthy Gingerbread Men

Method

  1. Melt the coconut oil in the microwave and combine with the dry ingredients
  2. Put the mixture in the fridge for approx 10-15mins
  3. Roll the mixture and Cut (I used a mini man cutter but any shape)
  4. Bake 180C for 12mins (6 mins on each side)
